About Me.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since the fall of 2020 and became a certified pain relief specialist in the spring of 2024. My goal is to change the normalization of living with pain and limited  range of motion. I aim to achieve this by applying my knowledge and passion for understanding the human body and how it heals itself.

About the process

What is Rapid Neurofascial Reset

Rapid is a neurologically based, active, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in alleviation tension and restrictions within the body. Rapid NFR is an evidence based manual therapy technique that can be used to quickly and effectively eliminate pain in their clients.

A little of the Science

Utilizing a biopsychosocial perspective Rapid addresses the body's perception of threat and danger. By bringing the brain to safety, most painful conditions and ROM restrictions disappear. Using nociception and movement, Rapid induces a combination of descending inhibition within the nervous system, and a powerful increase in vasodilation. These together offer near immediate and lasting pain reduction in our patients.

What to Expect

Patients stay fully clothed. (Exercise clothes preferred. Please no jeans.) Session is no more than 30 minutes. Rapid sessions may be uncomfortable. This occurs as the neurological system is being stimulated to restore normal function. The Rapid therapist palpates the tissue to evaluate the texture, tightness, and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and nerves. Hypersensitive areas are treated by combining precisely directed depth and tension with very specific patient movements.

Taylor P

"I recently got into a car crash and had terrible whiplash. Went to the chiropractor for weeks to help with the neck pain. It would always come back. After being frustrated for many a weeks I heard about something called Rapid Neurofascial Reset and decided to give it a try. Colter is knowledgeable and explained everything from what Rapid NFR was, to what exactly he was going to do to help me. Colter did in 15 minutes what the chiropractor couldn't do in weeks. My neck had immediate relief and not only that it's been a week later and I haven't had any issues. So grateful for Colter and his knowledge and professionalism. 10 out of 10 would recommend. "
